A new look at the preliminary control in management

Abstract

The main types of control in modern management are considered. It is shown that the control in the area of ??human resources is achieved through the analysis of the necessary business and professional knowledge and skills. The advantages of socionic analysis to make a "snapshot" of the moral and psychological state of the team and evaluate the effectiveness of interaction between employees are shown. It is indicated that the socionic analysis suggests managers are not disparate councils at the level of common sense and integrated technology to work with people based on their motivation.
