Internal relations within the group, as an reflection of its integral type. Complimentary character of type and relations notions is established: if the types are well-defined, the relations between them are uncertain, and vice versa. Method if socionic problems consideration with attention shift from types to relations is suggested. Correlation between types and relations is established. Psychological climate for all 16 integral types of collective is described.
