The Socionical Alternative to School Lecturing System

There is proposed using of socionical small group conception, such as temperament groups, attitude groups, rings of social instruction and quadras, in educational process. The author considers two ways: to structure of class on contact groups or to structure of educational material and to discuss it depending on the types of pupils.
