Abstract

The issue of individual legal personality in the context of the Basic Law of Ukraine is considered. The use of the term “hromadyanyn” is substantiated, including in Russian, and its English version - “commonee” is provided. The conclusion is drawn about the relationship between the terms “man” and “hromadyanyn” as general / particular.
