Abstract

Socionic methodologies developed by the International Socionics Institute and implemented along 11 years at 70 companies, enterprises and public bodies in personnel consulting, management and creation of teams proved to be highly efficient. They suit the tasks of creating organizational functional structure for specific objectives with optimal set of employees, as well as selection of candidates for vacant positions (especially key positions) providing best possible psychological, informational and business compatibility.
