Abstract

The article describes the applying of soсionics in assesment senior executives of large commercial organizations which helps to optimize assessing procedures and to improve the quality of recommendations for further use of the managerial staff; the author demonstrated that the possession of knowledge in socionics give support for effective teambuilding.
