The statistics of socionical types distribution at psychasthenia, astenic psychopathy, neurosis and mental infantilism is brought. High correlation between socionical type of patien and kind of disease is shown. It results to necessity of the account of peculiarities as the person in a choice psycho-pharmatherapy.
