Socionics as an Effective Tool for Expertise and Consultancy

Abstract

An experimental experts and consultants training (training and practicing) programme is presented; the programme is oriented on mastering socionics as a principal tool for psyche function prognosis and analysis. Methodology of socionics has to be complimented with potential of practical psychology, systematic approach, etc. To undergo training in accordance to this programme, the basic level of socionic knowledge is required. Practical results of experts and consultants training within this programme has proven its high effectiveness and applicability.
