Abstract

Particularities of answers given by representatives of different socionic types to Dellinger psycho-geometric test are considered on the basis of the representational selection of socionic data obtained by the group of researchers of the International Institute of Socionics in the process of socionic expert evaluation of workgroups and advice to enterprise and division managers. Absence of rigid correlation between relation to a certain socionic type and answers to psycho-geometric testing is shown. A psycho-form can be viewed as complimentary to socionic characteristics of personality; psycho-geometric test can be a very useful complimentary tool in the socionic advice. Comparison of answers to testing given by representatives of different types enables one to make certain suggestions concerning methods of adapting to various spheres of manufacture.
