The article is devoted to the review excerpt from personal observations and practices concerning the relationship of social control (supervision). It is made an emphasis on the positive sides of uncomfortable intertype relations in order to demonstrate the manifold manifestations of socionical theory in real-life conditions. Material can be useful students of socionics (section ITR) for of extending representations about work of socionics in practice.
