Abstract

In the article have been investigated stationary fading transitive processes. The main application’s domain is the public relations structure within the bounds of all given examples. But after insignificant terminology changing our theory could be successfully to apply to physical, chemical, biological and other processes research. Considering as a category society has been divided according definite rules on the parts (pages) characterizing citizens totalities of interests or political tastes. For every page have been built the maximal pages interpreting as a possible society or it’s part’s development prediction. In the pages have been uniquely defined socially influential citizens and people, which could be still to involve to join. All reduced researches are constructive and algorithmic. Therefore for all characteristics and parameters of our model computation propose the algorithms bringing to realized by us to really operating computer programs.
