Safety of human-machine systems on the basis of the energy-information concept

It is difficult to overestimate a role of the human factor in safety of difficult technical systems. Thus the majority of the existing concepts forming a theoretical basis of methods of maintenance of industrial, industrial and ecological safety, put the person in one number with the technical unit, it is not enough considering complexity of structure of human mentality, feature and uniqueness of personality of man, difference of technical, power, technological aspects of activity of human-machine systems from the psycho-information ones. The concept of safety of functioning of the technical systems, based on human perception and value judgment of dangers and risk, on the necessity of aspect presentation of the information circulating at all levels of human -machine system is offered.
