Supervision Relationship as Developing Environment, or Application of Socionics in Kindergarten

Socionic types and intertype relationships are analyzed in a team of kindergarten staff members and in groups of children. Special attention is paid to the role of the relationship of supervision both in the process of socializing between children and in transfer of teachers’ experience.
