Abstract

Based on the 30-year experience of the International Institute of Socionics with 150 management teams of corporations, firms, factories, banks, insurance companies, municipal institutions, etc., the high efficiency of using socionic technologies in recruiting, working with personnel, and organizing management has been shown. At the same time, the effects of socionic consulting have a long-term character.
