It is demonstrated that the Myers-Briggs typology, unlike socionics, does not completely comply with the Jungian typology. This is why it is, unlike socionics, unfit for building of a theory of intertype relationships and makes obviously erroneous and inadequate conclusions and advices concerning intertype relationships. At the same time methods of socionics allows precise prediction of interpersonal relations, both in marriage and work, which has been confirmed by observations of more than 10000 people made by independent researchers.
