Features of supervision relations between EIE and ILI in the framework of creative activity

The features of supervision relations on the example of two types ET (EIE) and TP (ILI) in the context of participation in the joint creative work are described. The question of the differences in supervision between different types is considered. The author believes that the supervision can positively affect the joint creative relationship.
