Abstract

In the article the features and an originality, history and functioning of a phenomenon of the Soviet and Post-Soviet turns from the point of view of cultural science and experience psychology are considered. The author interests, first of all, the private world and external parametres of the given phenomenon of a reality, its eternity and objectivity, and integrity in life.
