Abstract

It is detailed analysis of the use of the information aspect of “ethics” in the corporate sphere. When mental function “ethics” is filled and implemented, the person actively displays his ethical talents and takes responsibility for them. Practice shows that such employees, thanks to strong ethical sides, can help to the company leaders work with the psychological state of the team.
