Abstract

It is set out the personal-social situation, determines the direction and usefulness, efficiency of personality and social innovation, in Ukraine and in the world. There are proposed the results of research and development that can radically improve the quality of social systems, generated now and in future, and their results, especially designed (and responsible) for the development and effective use of the personal, social and micro-collektive potentials (creative, innovative, ethical, economic).
